Well, true, but that�s 20 years down the road, ducky. Right now you�re stuck with jobs the editors don�t want. Fact checking (which means going though ten-inch think journals to find out obscure trivia like who the first Vogue cover model was), making coffee, and going through mindnumbingly numb tasks like checking manuscripts for typos.

 Drawbacks: You don�t get paid much, and whatever you do earn goes to buying coffee for those long nights before deadlines.

 Perks: You get to meet a lot of beautiful people. They just don�t want to have anything to do with you.
